What to do when you get into an accident?
First Keystone credits much of its success in claims management to a very fundamental but critical component, immediate accident reporting. By instructing our insured's to contact our 24-hour accident reporting hotline, our accident investigators are able to go to the accident scene and/or complete our own initial investigation over the phone for satellite accounts. Our adjustors are able to get the facts about the accident and can thus make quick liability decisions. This helps mitigate many of the routine frustrations experienced by claimants and overall assists in making the claims process a much more palatable experience.
